Brookwood Farms is an 80 acre community of over 200 Single Family homes located in Spring Hill, Kansas at 199th Street west of Ridgeview. This is just a few minutes south of the new commercial development located at 151st and 69 Highway. Brookwood Farms offers residents suburban living in a rural setting.

The initial phase of residential Development at Brookwood Farms features homes priced from the $190,000's. The First Phase of 58 Single Family home sites includes a mix of flat, daylight and walkout lots. Most lots in Brookwood Farms are large enough to accommodate a third car garage.

Residents of Brookwood Farms are members of the Brookwood Farms Homeowners Association. Residents will pay a one time fee of $250.00 and annual dues to the association of $250.00 per year. Dues will be used for maintenance of all common areas including the entrances, pool and recreation areas and neighborhood special events. Brookwood Farms will have an architectural review committee.
